Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of PurifyAD: Ads Blocker (the "App"), developed and provided by Edward Grist ("Service Provider") as a freemium service.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Ownership and License
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
The App may offer paid subscriptions and premium features.
Payments and subscription management are handled through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are clearly disclosed before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
3. Data and Privacy
The App may collect and process limited data to provide its services, including subscription verification and app functionality.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Jailbroken or rooted devices may compromise security and proper app functionality.
4. Availability and Service Limitations
Some features require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by network failures, carrier limitations, or device issues.
The Service Provider strives to keep the App available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
5. Termination
The Service Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without liability.
If the App is discontinued, your right to use it ends and you must delete it from your device.
6. Apple Disclaimer
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no warranty obligations related to the App.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published in the App or on its official website.
